Observer of the Anti-Corruption Agency attacked while photographing an SNS stand in Belgrade

An observer of Serbia’s Anti-Corruption Agency was attacked today in Block 19a of New Belgrade, near a stand of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS), while monitoring the election campaign in the field, as Danas reports, referring to information from N1.

According to information obtained by N1, shortly before the incident the beaten man explained to those present that he was taking the photographs on official duty, as part of the work he carries out for the Anti-Corruption Agency.

Then, as was said, several people attacked him, causing him multiple bodily injuries to the head and body.

The beaten man was taken to the Military Medical Academy (VMA), where he was given medical assistance.

N1 has sent an official email to the Ministry of Internal Affairs regarding this event, but has not yet received a response, Danas reports.
