Oltion Muzaka appointed Deputy Minister of Interior

The Council of Ministers decided today to release from duty Oltion Muzaka, Deputy Minister of Health and Social Welfare, and to appoint him to the position of Deputy Minister of Interior.

Muzaka previously worked as a jurist at the Prime Minister’s Office, in the Department of Legislation, Program Monitoring and Anti-Corruption (2014–2016).

He has also held several duties in various ministries: General Director at the Agency for Agricultural and Rural Development (2023–2024), as well as Secretary General at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (2021–2023), the Ministry of Finance and Economy (2020–2021), the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth (2019–2020), and the Ministry of Culture (2017–2019).
