Peleshi hosts Ambassador Wendt at the Assembly: the Albania–U.S. strategic partnership and friendship continue to grow stronger

The Speaker of the Assembly, Niko Peleshi, hosted the new Ambassador of the United States of America to Albania, Eric Wendt, at the Presidency of the Assembly.

Speaker Peleshi wished Ambassador Wendt welcome and success in his post, expressing appreciation for the special relations of friendship and the strategic partnership linking Albania and the United States.

In this context, Speaker Peleshi stressed the importance of the role of the Assembly of Albania in deepening relations between the two countries and in further advancing the Albania–U.S. strategic partnership.

The meeting took place in the spirit of friendship and close cooperation that characterises relations between the two countries.
