Resignation of Donika Gërvalla demanded

The resignation of Donika Gërvalla is one of the demands of the protesters who gathered today in “Skënderbeu” square in Prishtina, in the protest against the Special Court’s verdict.

The demand was also mentioned by the chairman of the KLA War Veterans Organization (OVL-UÇK), Hysni Gucati, who told the protesters he was asking Prime Minister Albin Kurti to remove Gërvalla from the government.

“We know that Donika has submitted documentation to The Hague. We tell Kurti that from today he should expel these people who collaborate with the enemy. They are enemies of my country and we do not want them among us,” Gucati said.

He also demanded that Gërvalla provide clarifications regarding her actions, saying the protesters are also surprised by the silence of the country’s institutions.

Gucati said another demand of the protesters is the annulment of the Special Court’s verdict. /Telegrafi/
