The investigation file / The last messages and testimonies reveal what happened before Xhuana Nikollaj’s suicide, the pressure from Eraldo Fizi

Details emerge from the investigation file on the suicide of Xhuana Nikollaj, from her testimonies and communications before she took the extreme act.

In the file obtained by Top Channel, the testimony of one of the friends with whom Xhuana shared a rented flat has also been recorded. Investigators have also seized and analysed her communications with her sister, conducted shortly before the event.

From these communications it emerges that Xhuana had told her sister about the situation that had been created and the concerns she had. Her sister had advised her to go to the police and report Eraldo Fizi for the alleged violence.

But Xhuana did not agree. In the communication she expresses the fear that, if she made a report, Fizi could do something bad to her father.

Another detail that emerges in the investigation file relates to the evening before the event.

According to the data recorded by investigators, the suspected cause of the conflict was a work excursion in which Xhuana had taken part on the occasion of the March 7 and 8 holidays.

The file says there is suspicion that Fizi followed Xhuana after the excursion.

The testimonies, communications and data recorded in the file are being analysed by the investigative group to reconstruct the full dynamics of the events that preceded the young woman’s suicide.

Also, in the testimony given by Xhuana Nikollaj’s sisters, it is recounted that there had been repeated arguments with Eraldo Fizi. Indeed, he often sent her videos of her driving at high speed and saying he would harm himself because of the separation from her.

Also, often, according to her sister’s testimony, he pressured her by saying he would harm her father, since he knew that was Xhuana’s weak point.

Among other things, in their testimony they recount that he also pressured her by saying he would go and tell her father that it was he who had raped Xhuana Nikollaj one night earlier.

Meanwhile, it is still not known how and where Xhuana managed to obtain the phostoxin.
