The Roskovec massacre: “I hope she doesn’t spill any other gossip” — Nertil Buzi’s last conversation with his sister before the crime

The show “Në kohë reale” on RTSH has exclusively obtained the last conversation of Nertil Buzi with one of his sisters, days before the grave event of July 24 in Roskovec, where he killed his former father-in-law and former mother-in-law and in the end killed himself.

In the conversation, Buzi expresses hope that his former fiancée, Rozalinda Plaka, would withdraw her complaint against him. He tells his sister that, according to him, Rozalinda had given her word that she would do such a thing, but shows concern that she could be influenced by her family members.

Buzi also expresses that, if Rozalinda’s family learned of the withdrawal of the complaint, they might try to prevent it.

“They want a statement from that clown side. Don’t let it slip your mouth, she gave me her word to do it for me. She actually left it for the first Saturday, but they didn’t let her come out. She gave me her word that she’ll do it, I know. I hope she doesn’t spill any other gossip. If they find out, that she’ll do that thing she said, first they’ll bring her back again, then they’ll force her, I don’t know what to do. They won’t find out, if she does it she’ll do it without their knowledge,” says Nertili.

In the same conversation, Buzi denies having exercised violence against his former fiancée.

“Why, what am I, stupid, I never touched her with my hand and I have no reason to touch her, what does she have to do, there’s no reason at all. I sent them a message: come on, I’m waiting for you, come all of you as a family as you are. Take that uncle too, I said, that brave one, and come whenever you want, you’re welcome, they don’t return an answer. I know that they want to sink me as much as they can, since their bluff failed the first time and they’re trying now, but I’m not stupid…,” he said.

RTSH journalist Laureta Roshi also brings another lead on the event in the show. According to her, the conflict is not linked only to the relationship between Nertil Buzi and Rozalinda, but also to financial issues which, according to her claims, are linked to Buzi’s activity in England.

According to Roshi, Buzi had brought money from England, which he is suspected of no longer having found in Albania. She also said that “Nertili was taken hostage by criminal groups in England and that in that case the London police intervened.” According to investigations this is also the main lead of the conflict between the two families and not only the end of the romance between Nertfil and Rozalinda.
