Tirana Grand Prix III, three days amid the history and passion for motoring

The capital hosted “Tirana Grand Prix III” for three days in a row, the biggest motoring event in Albania.

Prime Minister Edi Rama today shared on social media moments from this activity, which for three consecutive days conveyed the history, elegance and passion of motoring, with collectors and enthusiasts from Albania, the region and Europe.

“Tirana Grand Prix”, a historic event for car enthusiasts in Albania, began its third edition on 2 October, with an exhibition of RETRO vehicles and the presence of the industry’s main actors.

This year’s edition confirmed the ambition to turn Albania into a point of reference for the sector’s latest developments.

The activity was accompanied by music, while participants had the opportunity to visit the exhibition areas where vehicles of various brands were presented.

Alongside the fair, the public experienced a packed calendar of events, in which the “Best Young Driver” race stood out; it took place on Friday with the participation of young driving enthusiasts, as well as the spectacular parade of vehicles coming from Italy to take part in the “Tirana Grand Prix”.

On Saturday the “Grand Prix” race was held, together with an innovative parade in which the best-known car brands presented the latest technologies and their vision for the vehicles of the future.

Sunday culminated with the final stage of the race, the award ceremony and the closing parade.
