Train and car collide in Peja, one person taken to hospital

A passenger train and a car collided today in the village of Lutogllavë in Peja, as Klan Kosova reports.

The news was confirmed to Klan Kosova by the police spokesman for the Peja region, Driton Rugova, who said one person sustained minor bodily injuries as a result of the accident.

The injured person was taken for medical treatment to the Peja Regional Hospital, while the relevant police units arrived at the scene to secure the area and help manage traffic.

The Traffic Accident Investigation Unit is continuing its investigation to clarify the causes and circumstances of the collision.
