U.S. – Trump: Oil Prices Will “Fall Sharply” Once the Conflict with Iran Ends
WASHINGTON, September 14 /ATSH – ANSA/ – U.S. President Donald Trump said oil prices will fall sharply as soon as the military conflict with Iran ends, adding that the end of the conflict “will not take long.”
In a post on his social network Truth Social, Trump blamed former president Joe Biden and his administration for rising prices in the United States.
“I hope everyone understands that the price increases across America were caused by Joe Biden and his administration, not by Trump,” he wrote.
Trump also stressed that the price of oil was higher during the Biden administration than it is today, while calling the current rise in oil prices a temporary situation.
According to the U.S. president, with the end of the military conflict with Iran, the price of oil will see a sharp drop.
