Vučić promises ‘big surprise’ on October 3: ‘United Serbia’ program to be unveiled at Belgrade Arena

Aleksandar Vučić, the leader of the “Aleksandar Vučić – United Serbia” electoral list, said last night from Borsko jezero, where he is campaigning, that he will remain there until October 3. “I won’t return to Belgrade until then,” he said, as Blic reports, “and then a spectacle at the Arena.”

For October 3, Vučić promised what he called “a big surprise” at the Belgrade Arena, where the vision of “United Serbia” will be presented: a detailed plan with concrete ideas and programs for the period ahead, according to television B92.

The announcement comes amid the campaign for the early parliamentary elections of October 25. Vučić resigned as president on September 27 to run for prime minister, in a race where his list faces the student movement “Students Win” and opposition forces.

The details of the October 3 “surprise” have not yet been revealed; according to Vučić, the Arena event will unveil the full program of the list he leads.
