Zidane names France squad, five new faces among Les Bleus

France’s new coach, Zinedine Zidane, has announced the official squad list for the national team’s upcoming Nations League matches.

First call-ups for five new players: Restes, Diouf, Jacquet, Da Cunha and Lepaul.

France will open its campaign with an away match against Turkey on September 25 and will face Belgium — also away — three days later.

Then it will host Italy on October 2, closing this four-match cycle with a home clash against Belgium. Here is the full list of players called up by the French coach.
