“Zvërnec”: Klosi says it would be “national betrayal” not to develop the project

Socialist Party secretary general Blendi Klosi, a guest on the “Opinion” show on Tv Klan, commented on Albania’s economic development during the years of Prime Minister Edi Rama’s government.

During the studio discussion, Klosi said he does not accept the argument that Albania is today in a worse situation than 14 years ago, when Edi Rama came to power.

According to him, economic indicators have improved and investments have grown.

He dwelt on the Zvërnec project, stressing that it would be “national betrayal” if this investment did not come to Albania.

“I cannot accept that Albania today is worse off than 14 years ago when Edi Rama came to power. Economic indicators are better.

That is why Rama came to power — to improve Albania and to bring investments. National betrayal is for Zvërnec not to happen, not for Zvërnec to happen,” he said.
