Another UEFA recognition for Kosovo’s FFK in coach education

The Football Federation of Kosovo (FFK) has received another important recognition from UEFA in the field of coach education and licensing, as futbolli.info reports.

In an official letter, UEFA informed the FFK that, following the positive evaluation of the first UEFA Goalkeeper B course organized in Kosovo, the UEFA Jira panel and the Development and Technical Assistance Committee have reviewed and approved the positive report on the program.

As a result of this evaluation, the FFK has been granted new membership in the UEFA Coaching Convention, at the additional level of the UEFA Goalkeeper B diploma.

This means the FFK is now entitled to issue UEFA Goalkeeper B diplomas and licenses to candidates who successfully complete this coach education program.

In its letter to the FFK, European football’s governing body has asked that, before issuing the first diplomas and licenses, the FFK send UEFA their templates for approval.

UEFA congratulated the FFK on this latest achievement in coach education and wished it success in organizing future courses.

This UEFA recognition marks an important step for the development of professional education for goalkeeper coaches in Kosovo and for the expansion of FFK programs in line with European standards.
