Arrested by SPAK in Shkodër, GJKKO Keeps Bledar Cafi Behind Bars

The Special Court has upheld the “prison arrest” security measure against Bledar Cafi, who was detained a day earlier in Shkodër as part of a SPAK operation.

Cafi was arrested in the early hours of Saturday morning during an operation carried out at his home in Shkodër.

According to the decision of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, he is suspected of the criminal offenses of “trafficking in narcotics,” committed in collaboration, in the form of a structured criminal group, as well as “structured criminal group” and “commission of criminal offenses by a criminal organization and structured criminal group.”

Meanwhile, authorities continue working to capture another person who was not found at the home during the operation. According to available data, Endrit — also known as Indrit — Dokle has been declared wanted.
