Hashim Thaçi’s Brother, Ganiu: “We Believe in the Clean War of the KLA”

Gani Thaçi, brother of Hashim Thaçi, said today from Broja, the former president’s birthplace, minutes before the Special Court’s verdict in The Hague, that he and his entire family believe in the innocence of the KLA four and in the clean war of this army.

“Faith in the clean war of the KLA, faith in God, and in fair justice,” Thaçi said.

He said all of the former president’s family members are in The Hague where they are awaiting the court’s verdict up close — except the mother. She, according to him, is at home in Buroja, where she awaits the verdict for her son and his three fellow fighters.

“Mother is at home, but she is a bit tired,” he said.
