Jakup Krasniqi’s Son Reacts Again: Verdict Influenced by Serbia and Its Allies

Altin Krasniqi, the son of Jakup Krasniqi, has reacted again after the verdict of the Specialist Chambers in The Hague against the former leaders of the KLA.

Krasniqi raised questions about the length of the judicial process, claiming the court did not trust some witnesses or considered that they had been intimidated.

He described the court as “political” and claimed today’s sentences are linked to the political representatives who took part in Rambouillet and to the damage that, according to him, was caused to Serbia.

“This is a political court and today’s sentences show exactly that their problem is with the political representatives who were at Rambouillet,” Krasniqi wrote.

He added that the verdict was influenced by Serbia and its allies.

“There is no evidence, no testimony that the KLA and its leaders committed crimes. The verdict is influenced by Serbia and its allies,” Krasniqi wrote.
