Maldini back in training; Cagliari confirm: drunk but not drugged at the wheel!

Daniele Maldini returned to training today with Cagliari after a turbulent last 48 hours.

The son of the Milan legend, after scoring the goal that decided the Cagliari–Atalanta match, caused an accident where initial tests, police said, showed the youngster had been drunk at the wheel of a Porsche Carrera.

Today the Sardinian club announced that the 24-year-old has returned to train with the full group after further toxicology tests came back negative.
