Protesters grab the LVV MP by the arms and forcibly push him back into the Assembly

The MP of Lëvizja Vetëvendosje, Fahrush Rexhepi, was stopped by protesters as he was trying to leave the building of the Assembly of Kosovo.

According to footage from the scene, the protesters approached the MP and stopped him, turning him back inside the Assembly building.

The protesters have made it known that they oppose the MPs leaving the Assembly without the amendment of the Law on Specialist Chambers being voted on.

Citizens gathered in front of the Assembly continue to stand in protest, while their main demand is that the draft law on amending the Law on Specialist Chambers be voted on and proceed further in accordance with parliamentary procedures.

The situation in front of the Assembly remains tense, while the protesters are demanding that the MPs take part in the vote.
