Tallinn – FT: Estonia is moving its military troops closer to the border with Russia

Tallinn, 5 October /ATSH-ANSA/ – Estonia is permanently moving troops closer to the Russian border and equipping itself with weapons capable of striking deep into neighbouring territory.

Estonia, the country positioned on NATO’s front line, is preparing for a possible Russian aggression beyond Ukraine, the Financial Times reports exclusively.

Estonian military and intelligence officials do not believe that Moscow seeks a large-scale war with NATO, at least not in the next two years, but they believe Russia is preparing for a possible future conflict with the small Baltic state.
