The ‘orphans’ of the KLA in The Hague, the Albini who undid Kosovo, and Berisha’s ‘tears’

On the ‘black’ Wednesday for Kosovo, most pretended to be deeply shaken, as if they were saddened and shattered by the decision of the Hague Special Court, which handed a full 81 years in prison to the former KLA commanders!

Despite the fact that none of their crimes was proven, despite the fact that there was no reference to any possible victim caused by order of the freedom fighters among the civilian population, Serbian and Albanian, but everything was the fruit of testimonies in such terms as ‘someone told me’, ‘I told someone’, ‘I heard as if there was the sound of beating’, or ‘he left home and most likely these KLA men took him’, still Hashim Thaçi, Kadri Veseli, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi received more years in prison than all of Milosevic’s officials and generals!

The Special Court, without considering any evidence, handed prison sentences to the former commanders, sentences that were not even given to the Serbian generals who massacred Kosovo! The ‘Butcher of the Balkans’, Slobodan Milosevic, who was dragged to trial by The Hague only to die in detention without being convicted — perhaps so as not to enter the Serbian ‘account’ of crimes — together with his generals killed 11,000 Albanians, of whom 1,500 were children. While leaving behind 20,000 raped Albanian women, and 1 million Albanians forcibly expelled through Operation ‘Horseshoe’!

And yet, for the Serbian murderers who caused genocide in Kosovo but also in all the regions of former Yugoslavia, a smaller prison sentence was given than to the former KLA commanders, who led the liberation war on the ground, supported also by NATO air forces, for the protection of the civilian population from Serbian genocide!

No Serbian ‘butcher’ was sentenced to 25 years in prison like Thaçi and Krasniqi, even though before them stood a full 11 thousand Albanian victims, killed by the well-organized Serbian military and paramilitary structures! Moreover, the former Minister of Propaganda of the Milosevic era, Serbia now has as President, while he is also an interlocutor for the internationals in Serbia!

Meanwhile, the former KLA commanders had ‘facing’ them 96 people, for whom it was claimed without any proof or fact that they had been killed, mistreated, arrested, had their ‘mzat’ stolen, had been given beans in bulk to f**k more, or milk in bulk for other needs, and other ridiculous accusations of this kind, without a single declared witness ‘face’! Without a single body found, without a single declared witness, who after performing their duty by testifying, have now taken the Serbian money and disappeared from circulation, to be protected, according to The Hague!

Moreover, while against Milosevic and his generals who massacred Kosovo there was not a single Serbian denouncer and not a single Serbian witness — only 80 witnesses from the Albanian ranks came out against him — the most painful part is that against the former KLA commanders nearly 400 Albanian witnesses came forward. To be correct, there have been over 6,000 Albanian denouncers, who later benefited from political asylum with the claims that they were mistreated by the KLA, received assistance in EU countries precisely for these denunciations! They are also paid by Albini to come and vote in every election for Vetëvendosje in Kosovo! Even Albin’s former foreign minister, the daughter of Jusuf Gërvalla, declared with voice and face that she herself had also sent a file against the former KLA commanders ‘where it should go’, that is, to The Hague! Or another one, now a lawyer, whose father Milosevic burned alive, and instead of denouncing the Serbs in The Hague for his father’s murder, declares that he has denounced the former KLA commanders! This is how far Albanian madness goes!

And all these Albanian witnesses, with a Serbian agenda, also received some money from the Serbian government for the testimonies given; wiretaps have been published wholesale in the Kosovo media about these monsters, while Serbia defended its own Serbs in The Hague, even though they had committed crimes, without ever distancing itself from these crimes! The state homage for Mladić these days also showed it!

Now you can show yourself as a patriot and brave from Facebook and social networks, you can also carry the flag on your shoulders and shout the names of the former KLA commanders, you can also throw water bottles at the EULEX building or even in The Hague, but the Albanians showed the world that they are their own worst enemy! They have shown it since the years 1998-1999 when only 2 percent took part in the war!

You can also make strong statements in defense of the former KLA leaders, of course after the commanders’ conviction, as Albin Kurti, Albulena Haxhiu and some other Kosovo officials did! You can even place their photo on the wall of the prime minister’s office with a video projector, but after the conviction! But in The Hague they sent letters saying that their release posed a risk to Kosovo, when their investigation in a state of freedom was requested! They even said they threaten the witnesses! Showing that Albanians are determined to dig the grave for the Albanian more than for the common enemy!

Sali Berisha from Tirana can also make strong statements in defense of the former KLA commanders, even accuse Edi Rama of having exerted pressure for the Special Court to be established, even though Thaçi was caught between two fires: either the Kosovo parliament itself would establish this court, or the UN would establish it without asking anyone, where Russia and China had their veto. But one thing must be repeated: Sali Berisha’s daughter, Argita, together with the Tirana group in Kosovo, immediately after the war was on a fact-finding mission, where she collected ‘evidence and testimony’ to convict the KLA.

Argita and Luli’s group sent most of the file against the KLA to Belgrade! And as if to close the ‘circle’ against the liberation war in Kosovo, Berisha’s MPs voted in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe in favor of Dick Marty’s report accusing the KLA of organ trafficking, voted on Berisha’s orders, and on the basis of this report the Special Court was established! Now Berisha ‘tears’ his cheeks from ‘pain’ for Thaçi, Krasniqi, Veseli and Selimi! Although Berisha has been consistent in his pro-Serbia line, starting with the violation of the UN embargo against Milosevic, as he supplied the Serbian military machine with oil and other materials, to kill and maim the peoples of former Yugoslavia, among them the Albanians! Or the arrest of Adem Jashari, Hashim Thaçi and other former fighters in Tirana, to then release them into Serbian ambushes, after their release! Calling the KLA a ‘terrorist organization’ just like Milosevic of the time, only adding after it the term ‘Marxist’, for variation!

We are not talking about those who have been and are declared early on against the KLA, since the ‘peasants of Drenica’ had disturbed their peace, making them enemies with the Serbs, even though they never stopped frequenting the underground bars of Pristina and some visits to Belgrade even during the war, where they received large sums of money to carry out the mission of tarnishing the war, and now these ‘men of the time’, a part of them of course, enjoy the money with cohabitants of the same kind, in the countries of Europe!

Practically, the 4 former KLA commanders were alone in The Hague, facing the prosecutors’ charges, who had received the files ready-made from Belgrade, files stitched together with the testimonies of Albanians, who as always had stabbed each other in the back, some out of trouble, some out of longing, some for a visa, for political asylum, for an old wartime love, some even for hard cash, as did together with them those of the Tirana group, led by Argita Berisha and Lulzim Basha, who invented the ‘Yellow House’ of organ trafficking, the mobile prisons or hospitals in Tropojë, Has and Kukës, to accuse the KLA!

Thaçi, Krasniqi, Veseli and Selimi were ‘orphans’ in The Hague! Not only did they not have the support of the state which they fought for and raised with blood, they had no financial, moral, legal or human support from their state, but only knives in the back, and a true ‘saga’ of attacks by the Albanians of Kosovo, in the media and especially on social networks! There was not a single statement in their support, not a single resolution adopted in the Kosovo Assembly in support, not a single visit to The Hague, symbolic to show support and solidarity, for reasons that according to Albini ‘there were too many letters and they couldn’t be done’!

Only the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, raised his voice in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, where he demanded the rejection of the resolution on the basis of which the accusations of human organ trafficking were raised against the former KLA leaders, as well as the adoption of Albania’s resolution assessing that the claims raised in Dick Marty’s report are unfounded in evidence and facts. Rama even said it is in the honor of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe to uphold justice and credibility toward its decisions. Rama raised his voice at the UN General Assembly, raised his voice also in the meeting with President Trump, where he asked him to intervene for the release of the former KLA commanders, since they were being unjustly held in detention for a crime they had not committed! He also spoke in the Kosovo Parliament, where he asked them to undertake every initiative in Pristina, and Tirana would support it directly with a vote in Parliament! Not to mention the resolutions and positions in Albania! But it was a lone voice, despite trying, unjustly receiving back even the heaviest accusations, from these idiot patriots of social networks. No one spoke from Kosovo’s institutions, clearly showing that they wanted Thaçi and the others in prison!

But the former commanders were not orphans only because of these elements I mentioned above! For the sake of truth, the trial in The Hague of the former KLA commanders happened at a moment when Kosovo is without a state! For two years it has had no president, no speaker of the Assembly, but only an acting prime minister of an acting government, like Albin Kurti, who is not only fleecing Kosovo without papers and without any accountability, but is undoing the state of Kosovo built with toil and sacrifices from the blood of the martyrs and the contribution of the liberators, 4 of whom are in The Hague.

We say this because Kosovo is the most isolated state in the region, where some EU sanctions have only just been partially lifted. Meanwhile, the USA has long suspended the strategic dialogue with Kosovo, due to Kurti’s stubbornness, who has blocked all American investments in the territory of the second Albanian state in Europe. And the worst is that the USA has started the strategic dialogue with Serbia, precisely the country which only 27 years ago NATO, led by the USA itself, bombed to liberate Kosovo! So now the situation has been turned upside down for Kosovo, which finds itself totally isolated from the USA and the EU, because of Albin Kurti! Willingly or unwillingly, Albini is playing Serbia’s game! And he announced the doom on the day of his release from prison, by decree of Koštunica, returning home like a dove without a single mark of beating!

That is why we say that the former commanders in The Hague were ‘orphans’, because there was no one to represent them, to support them, and moreover they came from Kosovo, the country which in 6 years of Albini’s governance has been reduced to the rank of North Korea in terms of the scale of great international isolation!

Now, is this matter solved with public statements, with posts on social networks, even with violent protests against the internationals?!

What we can modestly say is that the Albanians of Kosovo must mobilize, close ranks and prepare a quality file for the Appeal in The Hague! It is Kosovo that is in danger, not Thaçi and the 3 others, who in the war went out to die 30 years ago, and after they liberated and made Kosovo independent, now prison for Kosovo is a medal for them! It is an unjust prison, which more than harming the former commanders, harms Kosovo itself! Since voices have already started now that the KLA was led by terrorists, and was a terrorist organization, putting into question the very new Albanian state.

Kosovo is on the edge of the abyss, for those who understand! The strategic alliances must urgently be restored, with the USA and the EU; Kosovo must coordinate with Albania, where the mother state has continuously and unceasingly played its role in support of Kosovo, even though Kurti has chosen Athens as his ‘shrine’, abandoning Tirana. Even though Greece has still not recognized Kosovo as a state, and has no intention of ever recognizing it! Otherwise we lost the second Albanian state; the strategic allies will leave us at the mercy of fate, since no one has an interest in a state governed by brats, illiterates and people without dignity! You cannot defend the KLA in The Hague when you don’t have a single institution standing! The institutions must be raised; instead of demanding from the start the undoing of Kosovo’s Special Court in the Assembly, the Assembly must be constituted. Then the rest in order!

The President should be elected and the early elections, which became a ‘cancer’ for Kosovo these two years, should be avoided! Even by electing Hashim Thaçi as president, as a form of support and reaction against the political decision of the 25-year prison sentence by the Special Court! Albini would gain more points with such a gesture, a symbolism to unite all Albanians, in the most difficult moments Kosovo is going through! Where the accusations that Albanians cannot make a state are closer than ever and where the ‘tectonic’ movements of world geopolitics can leave Kosovo with nothing and outside of interest! Even the recognitions could be undone! Kosovo’s politics must leave the provincial trifles, and the small-goal game of local politics; it must think macro-politics: To survive in this geopolitical jungle, where you have nothing else to offer, only trust, gratitude and stability toward the allies who liberated you and made you a state!
