“Tirana Grand Prix”, three days of sports cars, racing and spectacle in the capital

Tirana hosts the third edition of the “Tirana Grand Prix”, a motoring event which will be held on 2, 3 and 4 October in the capital.

The event brings sports vehicles and motor racing back to Tirana, bringing another weekend centred on speed, adrenaline and a passion for motoring.

Over the event’s three days, the capital will host participants and motorsport enthusiasts, while the vehicles will be one of the main attractions for the public.

At the event’s opening ceremony, the Director General of the DPSHTRR, Kreshnik Bajraktari, after thanking the participants and sponsors, announced that 42 special vehicles from Albania, Italy and countries of the region are taking part in this edition. The event is conceived as a celebration, where, to the rhythms of music, it brings energy and a perfect atmosphere for moments full of emotion and spectacle! And of course, the days of this event will not lack the adrenaline that a car race gives.

The “Tirana Grand Prix” is being held for the third year, continuing the tradition of motoring events in the capital and bringing the public closer to the world of motorsport.

Meanwhile, the square by the Palace of Congresses in Tirana became a draw for motoring enthusiasts and tourists, with the exhibition of historic vehicles as part of the “Gran Tour Albania” event.

The rare cars and classic models were placed in the square, attracting the attention of citizens, tourists and motoring admirers.
