Shudder has released the official trailer for ‘V/H/S/Mixtape’, the ninth installment of the found-footage horror franchise, where music becomes the source of terror.

‘V/H/S/Mixtape’ will premiere on October 10, with an exclusive premiere on the Shudder platform.

The official synopsis for the new chapter reads:

“On the last night of the millennium, in a small Midwestern town, two teenage girls, along with the coolest kids in town, sneak into an empty roller rink to throw a secret New Year’s Eve bash.

But as they’re recording their night to preserve it forever, they uncover a mixtape that unleashes a wave of demonic terror — turning their night of music and celebration into a fight for survival.”
