Verdict on Former KLA Leaders: All-People Protest in Pristina

The War Veterans Organization of the Kosovo Liberation Army is organizing an all-people protest today at 12:00 at “Skënderbeu” Square in Pristina.

This protest is held in support of the four former KLA leaders and in opposition to the verdict of the Specialist Court, which on September 16 sentenced Hashim Thaçi, Jakup Krasniqi, Kadri Veseli and Rexhep Selimi to a total of 81 years in prison.

The Kosovo Police has announced that regarding the protest announced for today at 12:00, organized by the War Veterans Organization – KLA, it has made all necessary operational police preparations.

The police have called on participants to show care and restraint, not to throw hard objects and not to wear masks.
