“What have we come to!” — Former MP Murrizi releases video of Durres brawl, claims man beaten is Kruja police chief

Former MP Myslim Murrizi has published a video on social media showing a person being slapped by another after a traffic conflict.

Referring to the video, Murrizi claims the person seen being slapped is Elton Shahini, head of the Kruja Police Commissariat and former head of Commissariat No. 1 in Tirana.

Murrizi also claims the person doing the hitting is part of security structures and raises questions about how the incident was handled.

Murrizi’s post:

“This video shows what the state has come to.

This one on the motorcycle being beaten in the middle of the street in Durres, a month ago, like a donkey in the tobacco field, is the head of the Kruja Commissariat, Elton Shahini, and former head of Commissariat No. 1 in Tirana.

This one who beats him, apparently, must be in the ‘right,’ since maybe he blocked his road or he may have ‘owed’ him, if this one who beats him is part of the ‘structures’ that appointed him.

Maybe he is also an SHISH officer, of the Trëndafile Vlora Hyseni, and has received an ‘order’ to turn off the ‘radar’ of the head of the Kruja Police Commissariat.

Ehhh, what have we come to!

When a commissariat chief is beaten in the middle of the street, what a pity what security this police will offer citizens.

And not only did he beat him, but apparently he did not let him even file a report.

Big trouble when you are appointed and promoted by dirty clans or the criminal world: they beat you and don’t let you even ‘cry.’

Surely, the Durres SHISH must have ‘made’ a report on this ‘entertaining’ incident for the citizens who were present there at this ‘piquant’ moment.”
