Dodik from Tel Aviv: Republika Srpska Will Talk to America, Russia, China and Israel, Not the ‘Rotten’ EU

SNSD president Milorad Dodik said during his visit to Tel Aviv today that Republika Srpska will beware of “European bureaucrats” who, according to him, want to impose “impossible circumstances” on it.

Commenting on negotiations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Union, Dodik said Republika Srpska will talk to “America, Russia, China, Israel…” — not the “rotten” EU, “which no longer holds its former values.”

A meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is planned for today, where strengthening relations and finalizing agreements on concrete economic projects are expected to be discussed, as well as cooperation in culture and science, with a special emphasis on cooperation between universities.

Dodik also harshly criticized the head of the EU Delegation to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Luigi Soreca, whom he called a “liar.” According to him, there can be no talk of the rule of law when “an unnamed foreigner sets rules and they are proclaimed law.”

He also said that “armed Muslim cells are forming all over Europe” and that Republika Srpska will defend itself from this, that “their money does not interest us,” and that Brussels “wants RS to surrender — they want us to say RS does not exist; you will not hear that from us.”
