GJKKO–SPAK Measures Against Former SHISH Chief, Berisha Accuses: Vlora Hyseni ‘Soldier of Organized Crime’, Sniper Rifle Found at Proda’s Home

Today, SPAK imposed the security measures of “house arrest” and “suspension from duty” on the head of the State Information Service, Vlora Hyseni, while the BKH also carried out searches at the residence of the former General Director of the State Police, Ilir Proda.

DP leader Sali Berisha, while delivering his speech on Tuesday evening at the Renewal Tribune in Vlora, also spoke about the SHISH chief and former police director Ilir Proda.

Berisha described Hyseni as a soldier of organized crime, adding that all these events happened on the orders of Edi Rama.

“A regime in which, today, we learn that the head of SHISH, whose foremost duty is national security, overall security, is a disguised soldier of organized crime. She gave the gangs and criminals all the tools bought with your taxes, your money — for recordings, filming, surveillance of those who posed a danger. The former police director, whose residence was searched, was found with a superspecial sniper rifle at home, bought in the function of citizens’ security, but never for any particular person, bought for certain functions. So I could go on and on about this, but one thing I will tell you: everything you have heard and will hear about Belinda Balluku, Vlora Hyseni, Ermal Beqiri, Ergys Agasi, in an absolute way, was all done under the orders of Edi Rama. None of them was done without his order,” Berisha said.
