Two accidents in Tirana: 24-year-old hits pedestrian, unlicensed minor crashes into wall

Two accidents were recorded in Tirana, with a 24-year-old arrested and a 16-year-old processed for driving without a license.

According to police, the 24-year-old, while driving, allegedly hit a 75-year-old woman, a pedestrian. The elderly woman is under medical care.

Meanwhile, a 16-year-old allegedly drove without a license and lost control, crashing into the wall of a residential building. The 16-year-old is also under medical care. For the case of the 16-year-old, the materials have been referred to the Prosecution for further action.

Police announcement:

“A 24-year-old was arrested after, while driving, he allegedly hit a 75-year-old female pedestrian, who is under medical care.

Also, materials were referred to the Prosecution after a 16-year-old, while driving without a license, allegedly lost control and, as a result, the vehicle crashed into the wall of a residential building. The 16-year-old is under medical care.”
