Vlora Hyseni? Gogu: “Political Responsibility Has Been Taken; SHISH Has a New Leader”

Minister of Justice Toni Gogu commented at the entrance of Parliament on the case of former SHISH chief Vlora Hyseni, for whom a prison arrest measure was ordered. Gogu said criminal responsibility is individual and that the government has taken political responsibility with the decision to dismiss her from SHISH leadership.

“Political responsibility has been taken; SHISH has a new leader until there is a permanent one. Criminal responsibility is individual — individuals face their processes.

The government dismissed the leader because of the charge and ensured the continuity of the institution. As for what happened at the institution, we must all await the full process. Political responsibility is when you take the lead so the institution continues to do its job,” said Gogu.
