Gjini Invites Kurti to a Public Debate: “I Don’t Go to Closed Meetings”
Alliance chairman Ardian Gjini has invited Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti to a public confrontation before citizens, as Klan Kosova reports.
Gjini told Kurti to come to the Rubikon studio to debate, because, as he said, he does not go to closed meetings. “I told him he can talk to me whenever he wants, come to Adriatik’s studio and we tell each other everything. I know that now, after February 16, this is not fashionable and it’s not quite right, and he’ll wait. One day I hope we will face off before all the citizens of Kosovo — we have a lot to tell each other,” Gjini declared on Klan Kosova.
The Alliance leader’s public invitation comes after he had refused a closed-meeting invitation from Kurti, saying he sees no seriousness or good intent in that format. Gjini now proposes that the conversation happen openly, before the public.
With the Alliance chairman, in the Klan Kosova studio, many topics from the political current affairs and developments of interest to the country were discussed.
