Major fire in Fushë Kosovë: a business facility burns, no injuries reported

A major fire broke out on the afternoon of Friday, 2 October 2026, in the Industrial Zone of Fushë-Kosovë, as Klan Kosova reports. According to unofficial data, a business warehouse was engulfed by the flames, while columns of smoke rose high above the area.

Firefighting units immediately arrived at the scene and are working to bring the flames under control, as well as police forces and ambulances, Klan Kosova further reports.

According to official police data, no one was injured in the fire. Meanwhile, the causes that led to the fire breaking out are still unknown.

Klan Kosova has tried to contact the Kosovo Police and the firefighting teams for more information, but by the time of publication it had received no response.
