New academic year, Begaj: Investment in education is the surest investment for the development of society

The President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj, today, 5 October, sent a message marking the start of the new academic year.

The Head of State wished students and lecturers as successful an academic year as possible.

In his message, the Head of State encouraged young people to seize this opportunity with dedication to their professional formation, underlining that investment in education and knowledge constitutes the surest investment for the development of society and of the country.

The President of the Republic also emphasised the irreplaceable role of universities in the formation of new generations.

“Today a new academic year begins, a new journey of dedication and challenges for students and lecturers.

Universities are the hearths where not only the capable professionals of tomorrow are formed, but, above all, the engaged citizens who will build the future of the country.

I wish the students courage to dream, discipline to work hard and faith to achieve success!
