Police use water cannon to disperse protesters

The situation near the Kosovo parliament remains tense, while Kosovo Police have used tear gas to disperse the protesters.

Despite the police intervention, a group of protesters continued to stay near the building, throwing pyrotechnics at police officers.

Police also used a water cannon in an attempt to disperse the protesters and bring the situation under control.

According to footage from the scene brought by the Telegrafi team, some protesters did not obey police orders and were heard insulting the officers, as well as throwing objects at them.

There continues to be an increased police presence around the parliament building, while the protesters remain gathered in the surrounding area.
