Suspected of Aiding Agasi, SPAK Questions Scientific Police Chief and Another

The session at SPAK for verifying the security measure and questioning Fatjon Kalluçi and Embro Sulejmani, arrested in a criminal proceeding linked to suspicions of supporting Ergys Agasi while he was wanted, has begun.

According to investigative data, Fatjon Kalluçi, head of the Scientific Police, is suspected of having sent him in August, before Agasi’s arrest, three photos of the expert examination of the “Land Rover Defender” vehicle with license plate GG444AA, found at the “Equos Resort” premises.

Meanwhile, Embro Sulejmani, who held the position of head waiter, is suspected of delivering food to the apartment where Agasi was hiding.

According to investigators, data on these actions was discovered on Ergys Agasi’s phone.

During the session, lawyers are expected to seek a declaration of SPAK’s lack of jurisdiction, while also asking the court for time to familiarize themselves with the case files.

Meanwhile, also today, at 12:00, the session for questioning the former SHISH director, Vlora Hyseni, is also scheduled.
