“A Beautiful Noise” reveals the full cast for the relaunch of its North American tour: Stuart Metcalf and Claire Marshall join Jesse Labelle

The musical “A Beautiful Noise: The Neil Diamond Musical” has revealed the full cast for the relaunch of its North American tour, as BroadwayWorld reports. Canadian music artist Jesse Labelle, previously announced in the role of the young Neil Diamond, will be joined by Stuart Metcalf as today’s Diamond, Claire Marshall in the role of Marcia Murphey, Danie Steel as the Doctor, Emma Samuelson as Jaye Posner, Steve Taylor as Fred Weintraub/Tommy O’Rourke, Stefan Lingenfelter as Bert Berns/Kieve Diamond and Brandy Cheyenne Miller as Ellie Greenwich/Rose Diamond; country artist Stephen Carey will be the standby for the role of the young Diamond.

The ensemble is completed by Evie Becerra, Corey J. Bradford, Jayson Brown, Faith Jordan Candino, Luciano Castaldo, Bella DePaola, Briana Doran, Robert Bryan Davis, Sydney Greene, Jaden Holtschlag, Nathan Iles, Lance Jewett, Jaiden Leo Riley, Ellie Roddy, Victoria Nanami Walker and Kendal Marie Wilson, all under the shared name “The Beautiful Noise”.

The tour will relaunch on 3 November 2026 at the Bass Concert Hall in Austin, Texas. According to the official announcement, the production tours produced by NETworks Presentations, with Trinity Wheeler as executive producer and tour direction by Austin Regan, while the choreography is by Olivier Award winner Steven Hoggett.

“A Beautiful Noise” began its journey at Boston’s Emerson Colonial Theatre in June 2022, made its Broadway debut at the Broadhurst Theatre in December 2022 — where it stayed until June 2024 — and launched its first North American tour in September 2024, visiting 69 cities and gathering over 2 million spectators in the United States and Canada. In August 2026 an Australian tour was also added to the musical, turning the production into a global phenomenon.

“Some of my most thrilling nights have been while I was on tour, bringing my music to audiences across the whole world,” Neil Diamond himself said in the announcement. The original Broadway producer, Ken Davenport, called the tour the most perfect way to honour the singer’s legacy: “I cannot imagine a more perfect way to honour his legacy than to see ‘A Beautiful Noise’ travelling across North America, in the same cities where he gave so much joy to so many people.”
