Plenary session in Parliament, protest outside Parliament against the territorial reform (VIDEO)

This Monday’s plenary session is being held, with the bill on the territorial reform at the centre of attention.

Meanwhile, a group of citizens has already gathered outside the premises of Parliament, who are against this reform.

Also present at this protest are residents from Fushë-Arrëz, who oppose the dissolution of their municipality and its merger with Puka. Meanwhile, another part of the protesters is marching towards the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
