Durrës: 21-Year-Old Caught with 297 Doses of Heroin and Cocaine, Arrested in Flagrante

A 21-year-old has been arrested in Durrës after being caught with 297 suspected doses of heroin and cocaine. The anti-drug operation was codenamed “Pikat”, while the citizen with the initials J.K., 21, a resident of Shkozet, was arrested in flagrante.

The arrest took place in neighborhood no. 16, Durrës, during an operation conducted by specialists of the Narcotics Investigation Sector, in cooperation with the Special Force “Shqiponja”.

During the check, the 21-year-old was found with suspected narcotic substances of the heroin and cocaine type, divided into doses ready for distribution.

In total, police seized 129 doses of heroin and 168 doses of cocaine.

According to police, the narcotic substances are suspected to have been prepared for sale in various areas of the city of Durrës.

The operation was carried out as part of the State Police’s actions against criminal activity in the field of narcotics, particularly the sale of hard drugs in doses.

The procedural materials on the 21-year-old have been referred to the Prosecution for further investigative and procedural actions.
