First step passed, as the Committee on Legislation approves the Special Court law
The Committee on Legislation has approved the Draft Law on amending and supplementing the Law on the Specialist Chambers and the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office.
The draft law is now expected to be forwarded for review at the plenary session of Kosovo’s Assembly.
The Assembly is expected to consider the draft law at today’s session, where this issue is the first item on the agenda.
