“It Did Not Breach Security” — Lawyer on Measure Against Former SHISH Chief: Who Knows What Information Leaked?

Lawyer Gentjan Rumano spoke on “Top Story” about the security measure against the former head of SHISH, Vlora Hyseni.

He said there was no breach of security and that “the information presumed is very limited”.

“So the information presumed is very limited. For me the provisions show it; they are what we talk about — we have extraction of information classified as secret by law, and it was given to her.”

“There is no breach of security; had security been breached she would be in prison — this is a lighter measure given to subjects not assessed for very serious offenses. Had she been a simple inspector, the security measure would have been mandatory appearance.”

“There has also been a differentiation because she is a woman; it is a stance of the court and the prosecution — we don’t know what the prosecution requested. I suspect and think the prosecution also requested house arrest. The lady could no longer stay in the job; she could no longer have any further development,” he said.
