Ceremony at the Presidency: Ervin Demo Sworn In as Interior Minister

Ervin Demo was sworn in this Friday (September 18) as Minister of Internal Affairs, at a ceremony held at the Presidency. The ceremony began with the performance of the National Anthem, followed by the reading of the President’s decree appointing Demo to head the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The decree states: “Upon the proposal of the Prime Minister, I decree: Mr. Ervin Demo is appointed Minister of Internal Affairs. This decree enters into force immediately.”

After the reading of the oath formula, with his hand on the Constitution, Ervin Demo was sworn into the new office and then signed the written act of the oath.

Demo takes the helm of the Ministry of Internal Affairs after being decreed by the President, officially starting his duties in this post.
